AMO closure of Public Service Delegation contracts – GRENOBLE ALPES METROPOLE
OUR MISSION :
Project Management Assistance for the closure of the Public Service Delegation contracts for the Incineration Plant and the Sorting Center and the future Management of equipment on the ATHANOR site in La Tronche :
- Accompaniment with the exit of current contracts (including inventory of assets and audit) ;
- Analysis of current contracts ;
- Help in choosing the management mode for both units ;
- Technical feasibility study for the construction of a new UVE and study of technical evolutions on the sorting center ;
- Contracting support ;
- Contract implementation support : monitoring over 1 year of operation.
