Creation and successive extensions of the Balnéa spa center in Loudenvielle from 1999 to 2020.
In 2011, this included creation of a technical room and outdoor pools known as “Bains and installation of a 500Kw water-to-water heat pump to recover mineral water recovery from the facility’s mineral wastewater and grey water.
This operation was following an energy audit. The installation of the heat pump was combined with the replacement of existing ventilation units or the installation of recovery coils on existing networks and the creation of a network from the heat pump, and the replacement of swimming pool heat exchangers with with low-temperature exchangers to enable them to be supplied by the heat pump when the site’s overall needs are lower than the heat pump’s capacity. lower than the heat pump’s capacity.
