CREATION AND OPERATION OF A DRY PORT AND WETTING AREA IN NOUMEA (New Caledonia)

The SODEMO manages a marina located in Moselle Bay in Nouméa.

The Port Autonome de Nouvelle-Calédonie (PANC) wishes to create a dry marina and anchorage area in this bay. It has launched a call for tenders for a public service delegation (DSP) for the creation and operation of this new port.

OUR MISSION :

The SODEMO wished to be accompanied in designing its project and developing its offer to the PANC :

• Benchmark of best practices for dry ports and anchorage areas,
• Assessment of the legal framework of the proposed contract,
• Technical and economic validation of the project to create a dry port and an organized mooring area,
• Co-writing the response to the call for tenders,
• Economic and graphic modeling of the project.
