Project management for the development of the Bordelan ZAC (levelling, reshaping and general earthworks)

PROGRAM

• Development of a new leisure district (river tourism),
• Creation of a marina on the Saône and a lifestyle hub,
• Yachting harbor with 350 moorings,
• Dry dock with approximately 340 berths,
• 10,000 m2 of tourist accommodation and 12.5 ha of economic activities.
