Energy production plant for the Nice Méridia district

OUR MISSION :

Creation of a cooling and heating production plant to supply the new Nice Méridia district, including associated networks and hot and cold delivery points to supply 9,000 MWh hot and 18,000 MWh cold annually.

Complete project management of the production plant (excluding architecture), heating, cooling and geothermal networks (excluding wells) and delivery sub-stations, from the APS to acceptance.

Hydrodynamic modeling of complete networks using Termis software.

WORK DESCRIPTION :

Construction of an ICPE heating and cooling production plant (6MW heating and 10MW cooling) from the Var alluvial groundwater including.

  • 5 groundwater wells
  • 10 discharge wells
  • 4 heat pumps of 1.5 MW hot and 1.5 MW cold
  • 1 2 MW cold positive chiller
  • 1 1.5 MW negative chiller
  • 1 165m3 ice storage

Construction on a compact plot of approximately 995m2 located in a residential area involving strong acoustic constraints.

Creation of heating (5.6km) and cooling networks (5.6km) and geothermal network (1.6km), with technical difficulties technical difficulties (tramway crossings) and phasing issues related to the development of the Nice Méridia district ;

Creation of 49 delivery substations hot and cold ;

Implementation of a HyperGTC for the Nice Méridia Smartgrid district
