Environmental diagnosis – Ports normands APLM

OUR MISSION :

Environmental diagnosis of the 10 departmental ports of Calvados, Manche and Seine-Maritime (Le Tréport, Dieppe, Fécamp, Honfleur, Deauville-Trouville, Port-en-Bessin, Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, Dielette, Barneville-Carteret, Granville)

The APLM has requested the support of our expertise for the :

• Description of ports and how they work
• Cartographic and spatial highlighting of issues
• Analysis of the port’s human environment and description of socio-economic impacts – consultation and interviews with local associations, port managers and users, supplemented by a (non-exhaustive) analysis of local websites and media in order to perceive the opinion of local residents on the port and its activities
• Assessment and diagnosis, social-economic analysis
• Definition and prioritization of quality objectives
• Development of an action program
