FONTENAY-TRESIGNY SWIMMING POOL REHABILITATION IN PROGRESS
Our mission
Construction work in progress on the complete project management for the technical and energy rehabilitation of the town of Fontenay-Trésigny’s intercommunal swimming pool, in the Seine-et-Marne department :
- Replacing obsolete equipment and controlling service levels
- Lower energy consumption
- Lower water consumption
The aquatic facility has a swimming pool activity (school and general public), as well as a wellness activity (sauna, Hammam and SPA).
The environmental approach
Solutions have been implemented to drastically reduce gas, electricity and water consumption, with :
- The replacement of energy production with 2 condensing boilers
- The lowering of water regimes to supply heat emitters
- The replacement of ventilation, air treatment and water equipment :
- The basin hall air handling unit with a Thermodynamic model, with heat recovery from the basin water
- The basin hall ventilation ducts for induction versions, in order to lower the air circulation rate of the AHU (air handling unit) and therefore the electrical consumption of the fans
- All ancillary air handling units in double-flow version with plate heat exchanger on the air
- Showers, in order to save 25 % of domestic hot water
- Filtration pumps for high-efficiency versions equipped with variable speed drives
The implementation of air detassification during filter washing procedures in order to limit water losses by 15 to 20 %.
The installation of a GTB (Gestion Technique du Bâtiment), to monitor these consumptions as closely as possible and be able to fine-tune them during operation.
