Heating and cooling power plant for ZAC Pôle Santé de Montredon des Corbières

OUR MISSION :

A few kilometers from Narbonne, Elcimaï Environnement is assisting ALENIS, the developer of the ZAC “Pôle Santé”, with the construction of the heating and cooling network for the ZAC Pôle Santé in Montredon des corbières.

Tranche 1 of the ZAC Pôle Santé, which is nearing completion, is home to the polyclinic district comprising 2 buildings :

  • The clinic with a surface area of around 26,000 m²,
  • The consultation house with a surface area of around 4,500 m².

Elcimaï supported ALENIS in setting up the global performance contract (MGP) for the Conception Réalisation.

Operation Maintenance of centralized production and distribution of heat and cold.

The power plant and its network, currently undergoing acceptance, consist of :

  • A mixed biomass/gas boiler room with a capacity of 2200kW (400kW wood and 1800kW gas),
  • A refrigeration production of 1600 kW provided by 2 air-cooled condensing chillers of 800kW,
  • A 750m heating and cooling network.

Elcimaï Environnement will continue its mission with ALENIS with the monitoring and verification of energy performance for 12 months.
