OUR MISSION :

The purpose of the elaboration of a development strategy and the implementation of a fisheries competitiveness cluster in Nouadhibou.

Projet Zone franche Nouadhibou was to develop a spatial (sizing of space and infrastructure developments) and structural (governance and economic portage) concept forming a halieutic competitiveness cluster (PCH) and assess the technical feasibility and economic and financial profitability, as well as financing arrangements for its structuring.
