SOLUTIONS IMPLEMENTED
Behind the majestic facade of the 1930s building, a 1,000 m² extension brings the site to a surface area of over 3,500 m². The entire space was renovated after a complete cleaning of the historic building, whose structure and facades were preserved.
1 MW biogas boilers, replacing the oil-fired ones, now guarantee energy production. The building’s aeraulic treatment is ensured by some thirty AHUs (Air Handling Units) connected to a 1,500-point CTM (Centralized Technical Management), enabling total connectivity of its uses. The thermal water distribution circuit has been refurbished, with nearly 20 km of distribution networks in stainless steel. The engineering implemented allows to save 30 % of the thermal water, while being more ecological, safer, and more modular.
