Mission description
- Drafting and shaping the 2020 – 2024 strategic project from Grand Port Maritime de La Rochelle (GPMLR)
- Content structuring and summary of local and national studies carried out.
- Proposal of strategic orientations and actions esquired through these studies, in conjunction with GPMLR, and formatted in a final document.
- Preparation and facilitation of workshops and consultations (internal/external) on the issues and orientations of the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan to identify points to be highlighted and expectations.
- Facilitating internal workshops, to discuss steering and monitoring procedures, as well as consultations with port stakeholders, providing an opportunity to share strategic and operational orientations with the port ecosystem.
- Synthesis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
- Presentation of the challenges and orientations of the strategic plan
