Preliminary study of marine services in – Grand Cul de Sac Marin (Guadeloupe)

CONTEXT :

In Guadeloupe, road congestion north of Pointe à Pitre makes it pertinent the consideration of maritime services. The Region is planning maritime links in the the Grand Cul de Sac Marin to provide an alternative to road transport in and out of Pointe-à-Pitre.

OUR MISSION :

The expertise carried out a description and critical analysis of the planned links,  traffic analysis, proposed links between Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre, in-depth studies and regional policies.
