• Energy diagnosis of 35 social residences,
• Energy rehabilitation project management for 11 of them.

OPERATION :

Rehabilitation of 11 social residences. (40 % TO 60 % savings on heating)

ENERGY PERFORMANCE ELEMENTS :

• Exterior thermal insulation of facades,
• Replacement of heating system (PAC),
• Roof insulation,
• Installation of low-pressure ventilation systems ventilation systems.

MEANS IMPLEMENTED :

• Thermal modeling (RT Existing and dynamic thermal simulation),
• Internal tools for estimating energy consumption and overall cost analysis.

AMOUNT OF WORK :

2,2 M€ HT.
