SWIMMING POOLS IN AVIGNON

Planning for the renovation and project management services for the implementation of a comprehensive management plan for four municipal swimming pools in Avignon :

  • Renovation (demolition and reconstruction) of four sites ; environmental management of the architectural project
  • Construction of a new building on the North site, with a gross floor area of approximately 5,500 m²

Environmental Initiatives

Specific measures have been implemented to promote positive environmental and social impacts related to the project, including :

  • The identification of sensitive areas, the implementation and monitoring of the Environmental Action Plan (EAP), the use of recycling bins, and the monitoring of energy consumption
  • A social integration project comprising 7,000 hours of integration work, accounting for 15 % of the total hours on the project.
