Setting up and monitoring the maritime observatory for gender equality in the workplace

OUR MISSION :

This mission consisted of interventions for the implementation of the maritime observatory of professional equality between women and men :

• Revision of the panel in collaboration with the Synergie Group of the French Maritime Cluster
• Identification of resource persons
• Review of indicators with Groupe Synergie
• Data collection 2016
• Data formatting

The survey involved more than 66,000 people. Quantitative and qualitative analyses qualitative analyses were carried out.
