Strategic study on the governance of local ports on the Seine-Maritime coastline

OUR MISSION :

The mission carried out consisted of :

• Take stock of the current organization,
• To highlight local issues in each port territory,
• Analyze the relevance of the organization of port activities and conduct a reflection on governance, within a framework of consultation with the stakeholders concerned,
• Be a driving force behind proposals to provide a strategic vision,
• Establish a common Scheme of Organization of Port Activities (SOAP).
