Support and consultancy mission for the implementation of a Territorial Jobs and Skills Forecasting System in the Polynesian maritime sector

To enable this essential sector of the Polynesian economy and culture to take its full place and develop its potential, the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MTF) has embarked on a process aimed at forging closer ties with professional sectors and organizations, in order to improve understanding of companies’ needs and strengthen the adaptation of employment support measures.

OUR MISSION :

A preliminary analysis and diagnosis was carried out with the support of Agence Française de Développement (AFD). At the end of this service, the analysts will propose recommendations for the deployment of the Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois et des Compétences territoriales (GPECt) and a support scheme extending to companies in the sector.
